Your prayers and financial support make it possible to continue the mission of COMPACT.
Other ways you make a difference come through meeting the campus needs, sponsorship of a child or cottage, or bringing a team to help with facilities.
There are employment opportunities and host families that are needed as well.
Together our mission is to see that each and every child receives the necessary care and love needed.
Thank you for your involvement!
Prayer is vital to the redeeming services we provide on a daily basis for every child, teen, and young adult that steps foot on our campus. Your prayers play a significant role in redeeming the lives of these vulnerable children. We invite you to be a prayer partner. A few things constantly on our prayer list are student and staff health, students opening their heart to the Lord, salvation, family restoration, rest for staff, smooth school days, and so much more.
Use the 30-day Prayer Guide below as a guide:
Thank you for partnering with COMPACT Family Services. You play a vital part in rescuing children, youth, young women, and infants from harm's way. Through your gifts, broken hearts and spirits are restored...renewing hope and a bright future. Offerings and gifts empower swift compassionate action for vulnerable children and families.
Our COMPACT Partners help us care for these vulnerable children and families by providing an open gift to our ministry. These undesignated offerings allow us to use your gift where it is most needed for our ministry.Go to gift page
One of the most personal ways to give to COMPACT is through our monthly sponsorship program. Becoming a sponsor allows you to build a relationship with the cottage or child you give towards every month.Go to Sponsor Page
When you give to a project, you are giving to a specific need. It may be a project on our campus such as a new roof or renovating a cottage or it could be an emergent need such as diapers for our babies or new furniture for a cottage.Go to Project Page
COMPACT Family Services is looking for compassionate adults/couples who have a heart for ministry to children and youth (ages 5-18) who are also interested in full-time employment. From time-to-time positions open on campus in the following areas: Houseparents, Case Managers and other fulfilling ministry opportunities.
On occasion, families will choose to take a child or children out on a host visit. These visits can be built around your family’s desires.
Hosting can include various activities such as:
Host Families are people like you in the community who wrap around our residents and provide extra support that they may desperately need.

Get involved with COMPACT first hand by bringing a mission team from your church or organization to our campus.
Mission Teams are one of our biggest assets to advance COMPACT’s care, ministry, facilities and outreach. Mission Teams are welcome throughout the year, but most come during summer or other school breaks. Mission Teams do a variety of things from maintenance projects/cleaning/painting, putting together activities for kids and helping with events we have on campus. Teams also bring a variety of people: pastors, painters, carpenters, photographers, teachers, and so many more. Know that whoever you bring on your team will be an asset to us!
If you are interested in providing project funds, supplying resources or would like to bring your team to help complete a project, please contact our office. We can help you to reserve your spot or provide more information.

Our ministry could not run if it were not for our amazing volunteers. We have volunteers in every aspect of our ministry: maintenance, tutoring residents and office duties. Whatever your skill-set, if you are interested in volunteering, please contact us.
Our biggest need is office assistants. These volunteers work at the front desk, answering phones and being a helpful guide to those coming to COMPACT. All necessary training is provided. Sometimes these office assistants will help with stuffing envelopes for mail outs or help with cleaning.
